This new technology allows the Gemini to clean Olympic or Jr-Olympic pool in as little as 3 hours. The key to this is the patented AquaSmart system which is linked to a sophisticated directional control system. This system literally maps your pool and allows the unit to clean in the most efficient manner, eliminating wasteful path overlaps and unnecessary component wear. This not only increases efficiency but also reduces required maintenance. The Gemini is engineered to handle the toughest cleaning tasks. A stainless steel chassis and industrial drive belts, coupled with Gemini's standard remote, zero depth sensor, infrared obstacle detection and "Start Delay" system make the Gemini the ultimate pool cleaning system. Extra wide drive belts (1.25 inch) and a rugged drive train for superior durability and extended maintenance intervals. Air Detection Sensor that automatically reverses the unit back into the pool in zero depth entries i.e.: beach entries, handicap ramps, etc. This also shuts the unit down in the event that it is out of the water for an extended period, providing protection from overheating.
